Hi, Does anyone know the area of fanadix, on the calle de tulipa on the corner there appears to be a school (there's a basketball court) can anyone tell me what this is? Are there any schools in the area, or is this a holiday camp site or something. Many thanks.:cool:

There is a camping and a restaurant Fanadix on the Calpe to Moraira road.

Is that the one you are thinking about?

There is no school as far as I know.

It is a summer school for children. They often go to the beach opposite - or nearly opposite - in the evenings. Facilities look good & there is an office just inside so go & ask for a program.

Thanks for the information. Does anyone know how much you would have to pay the local council for urbanisation costs, does it go on the plot size of the property or the house size. What is the worst scenario!:confused:

Depends on your area, what the urbanisation offers, what the costs cover. It does vary on size of property, not sure if that is build size or plot size though. We have places round here with urbanisation fees varying from about 350€ to about 1000€.

This area is Fanadix,I've been quoted an approx price of 30.000e on a plot
size of 1300sm, would this be right or could I end up paying more?

Even the King of Spain don`t pay 30,000€`s a year cc.

No, sorry misunderstood me, not a yearly payment, this is a one off fee to pay for roads, lighting etc, for urbanisation fee. :thumbsup:
