Default Fadessa Community Fees

Apparantly Fadessa have paid their outstanding Communit Fees, not sure about Inter-Community though. If this is so then this is a step in the right direction.

Is it really Fadesa or the Banks who foreclosed and are now selling the property on and pay the outstanding debt before they go to the Notary with the client?

You are right John, it`s probably the bank as they can`t sell it with debts, bad policy.

I cannot comment on what ADA claim nor comment on the claim Fadessa have now paid their outstanding "Communit Fees" other than to say Jove sold Fadessa years ago and MF is now in the hands of the administrators.

Ask the administrators of MF what the true position is.

Can't see why ADA would lie or mislead. The e-mail said it was "MF" that just paid the fees up to Dec 2009 plus late payment fees. I always understood that MF were still trading in administration anyway, so maybe they are starting to clear down some of their debts. As for getting an answer from the administrators...

Your right John its fact they have paid the outstanding fees, otherwise Ada would have to pay the additional monies to balance the books.
