Facebook and Movistar.
If you use both of these then this may be of help to you.
What a great combination twice now
I thought I would try asking them a question re my mobile some time ago and instantly got a reply and then someone calling me throughout the day trying to fix the problem whooo hoo problem was sorted.
End of last week my internet was playing up so I did the FB thing again and again they were excellent, replies on FB and a call this morning to say someone coming out, then call to say when. He duly arrived within the 5 mins he said and problem is fixed. Then I get a call asking if it is. Great service.
