ExpressVPN problems?

Has anyone else here with an ExpressVPN account recently experienced problems connecting to UK tv channels online?

I have used ExpressVPN for a few years now. I have noticed degrading performance for some UK servers. Also find Netflix/Amazon/BBC sometimes block certain UK servers so have to change to others.
For BBC Iplayer I suffer constant buffering and have tried various servers but found the most reliable to be East London, although still get buffering.

I would not use a VPN. They slow your connection which can give rise to buffering on a slow connection. Use a Smart DNS service. I use Smart DNS proxy. Very reliable across all channels.

I don't have any problems with buffering just the inability to connect. Error indicating I'm not in UK despite IP checkers showing UK and leak tests proving negative. ExpressVPN support have just told me they are having other reports of problems from connections from Spain and are looking into it. So it's wait and see.

Sure, Fred, but location spoofing isn't my only reason for using a VPN. ExpressVPN are the best in the business for speed. My fibre optic connection is a nominal 100 Mbps down and 25 up so I don't notice any slight drag.

Is it certain apps that do this? Maybe try clearing any caches and cookies.

Starting FF with all apps disabled after clearing cache and cookies doesn't fix it I'm afraid. I've spent a week working through their whole checklist without success. Changing browser and devices neither. As I say, there appears to be some problem for some people in Spain. Perhaps something to do with ISP. It remains to be seen. They are working on it.
