Expats living in Spain (or EU) + Brexit
Here is an open letter to expats in Spain, including the technical assumptions regarding no deal outcome. Written by the UK ambassador to Spain.
I believe much of it applies to expats in any EU country

For example we have been discussing on this forum changing to a local driving licence and there is commentary on this.
