Expanding foam!!!!!!

Expanding foam!!!!!!
Help. I suggested to my OH that he should fill a small hole in the wall with expanding foam. It must have been a duff can because it would not stop oozing out. He managed to get the can into a rubbish sack so that it could ooze to its hearts content but got it all over his hands in doing this. Now he is having a hard time getting it off his hands - any suggestions welcome. The best solution so far has been to plaster his hands in handcream, this has lifted some but there is still plenty to attack.

It should say on the can what solvent cleans it off.
If it hangs out you can cut it with an old bread knife, but maybe it will take a couple of weeks picking ;-)
May sound crazy but vinager cleans a multitude of stuff ?
