Equity release options in Spain
 

Hi all,

Can anyone advise on options for equity release for a property I have in Spain? There is no loan against the property and I would like to take some cash out of it.

Or any recommendations for advisors greatly appreciated.

Equity release is a bad idea in the UK which has a bouyant property market but I dread to think what its like in Spain. I'm guessing that with the flat property market in Spain you'll come out a real looser long term...think very hard on going ahead.
