The English Butchers Litchfelds finally opened on 11 April. The shop is situated not too far up the Marquesado road and I checked it out today and was well impressed.

It is in Chiclana, just go on the Marquesada Road from the roundabout near MacDonalds/Lidl's. Well worth a visit

We went today and bought a few things. Lovely meat and very reasonably priced.

I think that the only thing that a real English butcher not a Supermarket brand butcher can do better than any Spanish butcher is real SAUSAGES in a variety of types + proper FAGGOTS

There used to be a very good Irish butcher along the N340 just before you got to Calahonda coming from Marbella on the opposite side of the road, next to a small camp site.

He used to make all his SAUSAGES in the shop there, and people used to come from miles around
