TGA

I have an apartment that i rent out in Aloha , Nueva Andalucia. The electricity was cut off because i didnt pay a bill (didn't get one) and now after a complete ball ache getting anew contract they won't connect me because the door on the meter is plastic. Does anyone know what the standard regs are regarding meterboxes/doors. Do they go over the plastic one or do i have to chop the old one out?
