The algarve daily news carries an article stating that the amendment that will end WFA for expats in Spain, Portugal etc will soon become law !!

Yet they continue to pay child allowance to immigrants from EU when the children and wife have never set foot in the UK, bizzare seeing as most expat pensioners have made full NI contribution during their working life. Before it is said yes I understand that paying NI only entitles non resident pensioners in Europe to pension and health care under reciprocal agreements, doesn't make it right though in my view.
