How can UK conform to German financial restrictions to support a currency union we are not a member of and gain no benefit from ?

Big sister will eventually fall out with little brother, then see the fur fly

Or what about you have a large debt and can't pay. You borrow from Peter to pay Paul but you can't afford the high interest rates so you borrow of George at a higher interest rate to pay Peter and Paul the interest...and on and on until it all busts.........

that is what is happening in the uk with the PayDay Loans, so people can maintain their lifestyle.
as they still havent clicked they are paying 1,000%APR or greater they will suddenly find they have run out of money.

I forecast that with PDL's the Good Old British Public will have a good spending Christmas, which will keep a number of retailers, who are also on their last legs, operating until the New Year. The following quarter the only ones doing business will be the supermarkets as food is all that will be bought.
Those retailers who get through will return their shop keys before Easter.

Meanwhile in Greece they will probably be ordering more Ferrari's etc.

Oh no you can't use the house that's for us and any profit at the end is also mine but take it you will still help us?
To me that's how the Germans and French want it with the Euro their great plan but every one else has to keep it going.
Another good one from bob..........but the winner by a nose

It has got to be JO.

I think that it is summed up very well, wasted money and opportunities simply because they had money rolling in, sort of like and Aid programmed that does not help at all.

So how does that differ from the EU? They've never had their accounts signed off yet, why would that be if they have nothing to hide? And backstabbers? The Chinese would have to go some to beat the French.

That's right, you don't help someone that is hopelessly in debt by throwing more and more money at them. The reason they are in debt is because they cannot manage their finances, and unless you help them to sort that out first, they'll just keep on spending as before and get even deeper in debt. Plus if they are so much in debt, where is the money coming from to pay off the new enlarged loans? The guy in the street won't see any of the loans, it'll be destined for the bankers, he'll just be subjected to increasing cut backs.

None of them care about the man in the street .... they are all taking care of their future and lining their own pockets Do they honestlly think they have us fooled ... ha!! We just have to bear the brunt of whatever happens and deal with it the best we can.

Another guy said we were all on the Titanic. When we struck the iceberg, the Europeans headed for the lifeboat marked EU.

The Brits looked around and only found one marked US. When they tried to climb aboard a tall black man pushed them off, mumbling something about the Mau Mau.

Not sure of the relevance to card games?

Mau Mau is a card game for 2 or more players that is popular in Germany, Brazil and some other areas. For more than 5 players, 2 packs of cards may be used. .

???

Mau Mau

The Mau Mau Uprising (also known as the Mau Mau Revolt, Mau Mau Rebellion and the Kenya Emergency) was a military conflict that took place in Kenya[B] between 1952 and 1960. It involved a Kikuyu-dominated anti-colonial group called Mau Mau and elements of the British Army, auxiliaries and anti-Mau Mau Kikuyu.[1][7]
Some people think Obama is Kenyan.

Bush, corporate greed and the neoCon wars started this crisis, not Obama.

Perfectly true, aided by a silly man called Blair, and an even sillier fellow Jock called Brown. (I’m half-a-Jock myself and I’m ashamed of both of them).

I’m also ashamed of Cameron, a quarter-Jock.

Well, we’re out of it now, out of Europe – I suppose we were never really in it. Rajoy doesn’t like any of us, he would rather we all went home.

Whether we do or not will be decided by the currency markets. The time for romanticising is over; the EU allowed us to come to this beautiful country and we’ve just left it (the EU).

I don’t want to go home.
