Working with the 2023 tax simulator, it seems that you require general income c.35700€ to make full use of the Valencia deduction of 40% with the maximum base 8800€ which leaves 5300€ to pay for. As in no hurry will see if another subsidy becomes available this year.

Presumably, any lower income would not generate enough tax for you to get the full benefit.

Re: Electricity Tariffs and Suppliers
That would be an installation of about 14 panels - about 7kw. Prices vary depending on the supplier. It's much cheaper if you DIY but then you would have to sort out all the paperwork yourself - it would be a nightmare! The solar companies do it all for you.
You get additional benefits depending on your location such as a 50% reduction in your IBI for up to 4 years. You can also reclaim the building licence taxes. |
Re: Electricity Tariffs and Suppliers
I think the best option for us at the moment is the Octopus Flexi tariff. When I add some more panels in the future then it is likley the Imagina Solar Tariff will be better but it is easy to change over.
Does anyone already use Octopus and is willing to give me their referral code so we both get €50 credit to our Octopus accounts? Thanks |
