Default El Puerto apartments, Ayamonte

Does anyone know what has happened to the El Puerto apartments that were being built in Ayamonte ? They are the ones on the opposite side of the marina to the main town, behind the area where the fishermen layout their fishing nets.
The last time we were there (almost 2 yrs. ago) they were half built.

Have they been completed ? Are they still half built ? Are they occupied ?

Just wondered as we showed an interest in purchasing one of them a few years ago, but have heard nothing about them since.

They look as though they are finished but as usual not finished enough for habitation. The shutters are all done and the exterior is finished but the garages and supposed shops that were designed for below are still not finished. There is no sign of any work being done on them now and hasnt for a while.

As with alot of buildings in the area - empty and probably will be for a while !!
