these guys administer the block where I have my apartment, I am trying to change my direct debit (different bank), they do not answer me, my emails remain ignored. I have finally closed my sabadell account and I am now creating a debt because these guys simply won’t give me a DD form or give me their bank details to send to my bank or apply to my new bank to get it.

Am I missing something? And secondly does anybody else deal with them and have had the same mute response, and if so what did you do ?

Ignore them. They will soon get in touch when they realise you owe them money.
