Easter opening times in town ?

I can never remember :-( are the shops still closed manaÃ±a o no ? I expect the Esuri bus may not be running till Tuesday ? Gracias.

Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday are holidays here in Spain so "Easter Monday" is for the UK only
