E121

My mum has just received her E121 and has asked me to ask for advice. Does the padron go with this or does it have to be the residencia?

Do you mean when you take it to the Dept de Seguridad?
If so, then when we took someone recently they took their NIE/Residencia, I think also their padron, passport and the E121 form. Then you have to wait a while for them to send you a form back which you then take to the local health centre for the issue of a SIP Card

Simplest thing is to take everything you might need, as quoted by Mitzy, and I would take a couple of copies of each as well.

Well yes I'd recommend.
Nowadays the NIE & residencia are on the same form, so I was shown the other day when we took a couple down to the Offices

As someone else mentioned, I'd take all that I said and we always take a couple of copies with us of everything when we go to do anything like this

Re: E121

I took Padron (as I did not have Residencia) and received letter on the spot to take to local health centre.

I went to Denia but it could be different elsewhere.

Good luck
