Anyone know what e-ban is, in regards to selling a house etc??

Spanish pronunciation would make IBAN sound like e-ban to the english-speaking ear :) ... Of course, I'm not inferring ears can speak

I was asked by the selling agent for a copy of the last payment for e-ban??
not sure if its land reg fee? rates? etc-

IBI is an annual fee, similar to your council tax in the UK....
