Remember that would work both ways though so in everyone's interest to sort out a suitable arrangement surely. If someone can't exchange a British licence for Spanish if they become resident what happens to someone who has already exchanged and they then move back to UK?

There are loads of countries outside the Eu who can exchange their licences. It’s almost certain that the UK would be included in that as it has nothing to do with Brexit - it is an agreement between Spain and the other countries.

Agreed Fred point I was making was if the press or whoever wish to try scaremongering then it is a two way street. Speculation helps no one both UK and EU have to resolve such issues which I am sure they will.
