Fortunately, all the paperwork is in order and it's fully legal.
Snikpoh - do you rent properties for holidays? I'd be interested to know what you would be able to rent per week for a really good quality villa, with pool etc.
We have looked in the village areas around and there's not a great deal on offer as a benchmark, until you get within about 10km from Xativa.

For this purpose I would never buy a property that inland, unless I wanted to live there... anyhow Xativa is super hot in the summer and much colder than the coast in the winter.
