Different Taxes

Can anybody advise me of all the different taxes I will have to pay on a property in Spain. I have an apartment in Malaga area, am Non Resident, joint owner with my wife, and do not let out the property.

Thanks in advance

well as a non resident you'll pay:

1. on sale, capital gains tax at the new lower rate of 18% (used to be double that)
2. wealth tax (form 214) depending on value but around 0.2%
3. Property owners imputed income tax (2006 was 2% of valor catastral)
4. annual real estate tax (paid at local rates to your town hall)

I think thats it anyway
