Hi all, I see last night 10964 HR SR 22 FEC 5/6 was turned off.

I am not near the tv so can anyone confirm the others still work - ie, 12207, 12050 for a sky hd box/2m dish/pego area.

If not, what codes work for 24/7 viewing?

The default transponder is only used to tell the sky box where to download the channel information for the sky guide.
It has nothing to do with channel reception.

Once the Sky Guide has been populated with data, your manually input default frequency is then ignored by the sky box, as the sky box will use whichever of the 100 plus frequencies it needs to use for the channel you have selected.

And 10964 H is still working, as that frequency is the channels Five frequency carrying the channel five channels!
As is 12207 - which carries Sky News and pick TV.
As is 12051 - which carries the Turner channels like CNN.

And basically you can use whichever of those 100 plus frequencies you know you can receive as the default transponder - there is no "exclusive" frequency to use.

You will NOT loose ALL UK TV.

You MIGHT loose some of the channels but no one can predict what the effect will be. All we can do is to wait until the satellite has been launched and is in operation.

You may just need a larger dish.

It's been discussed ad-nauseum on this and about 100 other forums.
The answer is no. But you may need to expensively upgrade your kit, or resort to less desirable internet alternatives.
