Deeds
 
Can any one help us
Our house had 7 deeds, we have been told to consolidate them to one single one can any one tell me how much this will cost, and do we need to involve a lawyer or can it be just done at the Notary.
Any help would be appreciated.

We have 3 fincas or escrituras that have been put on to 1 it still shows them as seperate fincas though, ours was already done but i'm sure a Notary will put you in the right direction as they deal with the land registy.

thanks paul, i didnt think i needed to invole the lawyer just the notary thanks again.
