Default days of land grab over ??

Hi,
For all board members some info :-

yesterdays daily mail page 32 featured an article on the former head of canadian intelligence services who now lives nr benissa.

apparently developers wanted to land grab his garden and the new borderline would be half way thro' his swimming pool,
So after taking the case to the european courts of justice, the result is :

Quote

' the spanish government is infringing EU laws on property ownership and human rights.
the EU has given Spain until next month to end the practise or risk being taken before the european court of justice.
the ruling opens the way for compensation for those who have lost their land. '

Maybe it wasn't a wise move to take on an ex head of canadian intelligence services.

So are the days of land grab numbered ??

Is there light at the end of the tunnel.
Cheers
Jerry

This issue has already been taken to the EU and nothing changed.

I doubt it.....yet.

Anyone suffering from LRAU (land grab law) problems might like to visit this site www.abusos-no.org which is run by the Canadian gentleman mentioned in the first post.
This group,AUN - Abusos Urbanisticos No - are a strong voice against the land grab problems and are very helpful with information.
I am new here so please excuse me if this info has been posted before.
