Claims here that the Murcia property market will pick up, now they've finally agreed to develop the biggest theme park in Spain there. Believe it when you see it, methinks..

Seems to me it's just sales patter.
I don't see Murcia doing any better than anywhere else.
As for theme parks they don't seem to have been doing so well of late and even before the recession,so that could be a fairly big gamble I would think.

You can't blame them for trying to talk up the market, they're struggling, but like you I don't think I'd be investing there.
