Re: costa Blanca help

if you stay in Cabo ask about the back way to Zenia Boulevard. No need to use the toll rd or the 332. Zenia is a fantastic addition to what is a very up and commimg area in my opinion. Sadly there is a lack of hotels or the tourist trade would be off the scale, but as its my holiday home i dont really want it to be too busy.

thanks, as this will be a permanent home for us, we don't really mind if there are no hotels etc around, but like the idea of la zenia boulevard being close by for shopping etc

Hi gyork, I picked up a repo in Lomas De Cabo Roig Euro 70K. ther are still some left but now they are being priced at betweek 70k & 79K as an investor bought some from the bank. It needed security bars air con & boiler fitted Euro Euro 3700 & kitchen £3600 plus appliances but one guy did the lot for us why we were not even in the country!

sounds good, we are looking for a villa/townhouse that doesn't need any work doing to it, still like the idea of cabo roig, just not sure of buses to and from alicante for visitors

Re: costa Blanca help

forget Alicante, Murcia or St Javea is only 20 mins away. I rented a car in February for 6 days for Euro 30....... a tank of fuel for a fiat panda is only Euro 26. so cheap. There is a bus that runs from Alicante to Torre but then its a cab ride.

its open all year round but with restricted days in the winter months. Easyjet RyanAir and Iberia (i think) fly there.
