Nope, nothing much has been revealed, english is not listed on the site!
Can someone give me an idea as to the tax allowances for a married couple and how you do the computation for tax - this would be for a nearly retired couple, with some investment income - who will hopefully be resident soon.

It does work. Select No Residentes, then select "tributacion no residentes" and you will get a page where you can select English.

If you are a resident then that wont help you too much. Tax info for residents is, not surprisingly, only in Spanish.

You will find details of taxes and allowances on this site in English
