Its sort of like a Hoover. Everyone calls it a hoover but in reality it is actually a vacumn cleaner.

Only in British estate agents in Spain and they would be wrong

No Spanish person calls a country house a "finca". A finca is a plot of rural land

Cortijos are farm houses although they are generally only called that in the South of Spain

A "chalet" is a detached house
