Consumer Rights in Spain

Like the UK Spain has Trading Standards departments, I wondered if they may be of help to those that are having estate agent/electricity problems?

This Barcelona OMIC website has good info in English about the organisation.
Each local authority, Chiclana included has an office, I have been told they are quite powerful.
There is also this European Consumer Centre

Hope this info may be of use.

Re: Consumer Rights in Spain

In last week's Euro Weekly there was a freephone number for people wishing to file a complaint or needed to speak about consumer issues 900849090. :)
