Consequences of over stay
Hi
If I were to stay in Spain as a non resident 2 months beyond the 90 day limit what are the possible consequences?
( have been unable to find any Spanish health insurer who will give me a policy of less than a year. My own UK long stay policy fully covers me for the entire 5 month stay-but it isn't acceptable to register as a resident)

Why risk it? ....... to save the cost of health insurance :-(

In reality if you are paying non resident tax if home owner, my guess is nothing will happen. Of course no guarantee of that but there must be many people over the 90 day rule some no doubt by years.
