Complaint forms
 

I know 'of' complaint forms but don't know what purpose they serve. I have a complaint against Connecta4. They sold me a 2mb internet service but everytime I tested the speed it was only 1meg. After messing around for a couple of months I asked to go onto the 1mb service instead & guess what? It's the exact same 1meg service that I'd had all along. the only difference being how much I paid for it!

I suspect they only have a flat 1mb service & anyone suscribing to anything other than that is getting ripped.
