for texts, a payg t-mobile in spain will send a text to a uk mobile in uk for 10p a minute, and when you top up 10 pound or more you will get free unlimited texts the following weekend.

If any of your UK family are with talk talk they can pay £5 a month for 500 mins of calls to land lines and mobiles in Spain

OK knowing OH he won't want to actually ditch the deal he's already got.... too much stress... but it looks to me as though it might be that having a specific phone for phoning Spain would be a good idea, and ditto for me to have a specific phone for phoning the UK. Does anyone else do this and what's the best deal they've got?

has anyone looked at talktalk.es for mobile phone use in spain / or telitec.com ? and with what result...
I'm just looking for a low cost pay as you go for within spain. any suggestions ? Thanks
