We are coming to Costa Del Sol at the end of may (Bank Holiday) only for four days. We want to check out some empty commercial properties around that area. Does anyone know of any good commercial estate agents over there?
We have looked at other places (canaries etc) and there always seems to be a lot of empty commercial properties with signs in saying to let. This might be the best way eh?, just go over and look and phone the numbers to get to see inside them.
We are looking for an empty building approx 100 sq metres. We only need a tiolet facility, no kitchens or bar just totally empty shell.
Does anyone know of any property like that? an empty shop maybe.

We have been looking for simular properties has well,I have tended to look at the normal agents,some of them give you the option to choose commercial,this generally brings up bars and cafe,s ect.Some however give the option to choose garage,if you look on this site you may find something,

We are looking to start a kickboxing academy in the Costa Del Sol. We currently run a full time academy in the UK with several other satellite part time schools around the Northeast UK. The way Spanish "MARTIAL ARTS" people run their classes in Spain makes it difficult for non Spanish people to join, train or teach a class under their banner. However we have studied personal development and self defence tuition both in the Uk and the USA so this is the way we will operate. Our classes teach confidence, respect, goal setting, good manners, and how to be successful in life generally.We also teach personal safety, as in stranger awarness and basic first aid and conflict avoidance. On top of that we teach self defence and fitness. WOW that is a lot.
From what we have found out there is not a great deal for the kids to do after school so I think we could be offering something good but also different.
What type of business are you looking to start in Spain.

Try Darrly at apart-sol.com. They specialise in commercial and residential sales/lets and they are based in Benalmadena and come highly recommended by fellow brits we know. As yet we have not had any financial dealings with Darryl, but both Darryl and his team spent a full one and a half days with us last Dec showing us round.

Please please be very careful and take everything said by the agents with a pinch of salt and check everything out for yourself. It will save a lot of heartache. I know from bitter experience.
