Both the English food shops sell cards, also Neuvo Look Fashion sells some good quality handmade cards. I think the book shop beside the Cita bar also sells cards. El Corte Ingles had a good selection a couple of weeks ago, it seems that, like the UK Christmas is arriving much earlier than before in Spain.

Last year I drew a greeting on the sand, added some shells etc then photographed it and printed out my own own cards.

There is also a very useful UK website http://www.dontforgetyourcard.com where you can select your card and they write your message and post it for you. I have used it often, they will also send cards to here.

My wife is busy making ours, she always hand makes them, and this year all cards will have an embroidered design put on them. Have only bought one, and that is to send to the place I worked for 40 years, that one is a Spanish Christmas card, took some finding though.

Nuevo Look Fashion is on Calle La Vid, which is the road that leads down to Vipren. From the roundabout in town near the cafes and ice cream parlour, instead of turning right and going towards the bull ring and blue bridge go straight across and the shop is just on your left hand side. You can usually park behind the shops there.

Cita bar is in the parade of shops near Aldea de Coto, this on the road towards La Barosa beach. From the Supersol roundabout you go towards the beach, the shops are on the left just past the next roundabout near the small park.

We always use "moonpig" for the odd card. You can upload your own pics too. www.moonpig.com I think.

Went to Monopoly today and they had some English Cards but none left for Mother and Father so guess these are very popular...

Will check out other outlets early next week
