Default chilled summer trips in valencia

We are looking for day trips within about 1.5 hours of Valencia city with a chilled theme.

We visited Grutas San Jose near Castellon recently. Was lovely. I am now looking at the boat trip at Cofrentes, not sure if cool but has covered boats.

Albufera, I think too hot for now and boats not covered.

DD not up to much pulling around and neither are we really.

Looking for easy to drive to and sweating as little as poss, with some aire.

Any ideas!!

Well, I was surprised no one answered this

So, dont know if these are any good to you but

Simat De Valldigna, for the monastery
Vall de Uixo is supposed to be beautiful with cave boat ride
Teruel, a nice weekend away that we do every so often
Cuenca .... try staying at the Parador, it's beautiful

Can certainly recommend Simat very quiet and relaxing and for us just a few minutes drive away. Not really a full day out though. If any of you draw or paint it is a perfect spot.
