Children and the driving laws
 
Can someone give me the run down on seats, where a child can sit etc please?

Hopefully you can read this.

As I understand it, anyone under 1.35m must not sit in the front (especially the drivers seat :rofl:)

It is illegal for any child under 12 to sit in the front seat of the car - unless there are no back seats in the car, or all available space in the back seats is taken up by children younger than him/her
