Chelski

Congrats on being the first ever club to hold both the Champions League trophy and UEFA Trophy at the same time, albeit briefly.

Something like 13 trophies in 9 seasons under 9 coaches if my maths serves me well and another coach likely soon.

Continuity does not always appear necessary for success, only plenty of dough, though even that doesn't work for some clubs.

Good to see John Terry step up to help collect the trophy.
I thought his defending in that game was excellent. Not one foul conceded, not one card given against him. In fact he seemed to ghost through the game without once breaking sweat. Brilliant performance!

Yes, it was very good to see !

He has turned in many superb performances over the past ten years or so when he has been the stout-hearted backbone of the Chelsea defence throughout most of it's successful seasons.

Sad to see the sick pathetic armchair critics who probably haven't even got even a fraction of his balls and determination and have nothing better to do than try and discredit his achievements on the park, regardless of any over-publicised misdemeanors in his private life.

That must go down as one of your dumbest posts of all time, Stevie, even by your own sad pathetic standards.

I am not a Chelsea fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I am happy to give credit where due for those players who have stuck by and given excellent service to their clubs over the years.

Ha! Ha! You're so obsessed with getting the better of me, you can't even let a joke pass. Get a life pal - you're obviously letting me get to you big-time, 80% of your posts seem to be aimed at me. Seriously - can't be doing your health any good at all

That's twice I see you've chickened out in a matter of minutes.
Where's all these "heroics" you keep referring to ?

Your SOH being about equivalent to that of a wet blanket, please excuse me if I take your explanation with a pinch of salt, especially bearing in mind that others also received medals without taking part in that particular game.

Nothing personal, Stevie lad, but I'd much prefer not to be considered your pal, even if you do honour me by considering at least 80% of my posts to be worthy of your attention.

Seriously pal. See a doctor. Your obsession with my posts is not healthy. I'm really not of importance.

Couldn't agree more, but an endless supply of entertainment nevertheless.

I'm sure B.E would be quite boring without you, as so many of the real characters seem to have disappeared into the woodwork recently, so please keep it up. :)

He's being called "Superman" now, not because he is amazing but because he's always got his uniform underneath his civis!
