My mum needs to find out endorsements on her Spanish EU drivers license (to clarify she does not hold a UK EU driver's license).

How can she do this? Can we do a check online or maybe an English speaking phone number? (Or Spanish if we can get somebody to help).

When you say endorsements, do you mean points etc.?

If so, try dgt.es Then look at how many points she has etc.

You can only do it online or in person as you will have to prove your identity to be given that information. To do it online you will need some form of digital signature to access the data.

Why exactly does she need to know this information?

She visited the offices in the end we have the info. It was needed in order to obtain car insurance in the UK.
