Anyone know who offers the best deal for calling mobile to mobile?

I`m currently spending around 120€ p.m on calls for business and need to reduce this.

I'm not trying to teach you to suck eggs but, have you analysed the calls to see which operator you call most? It might then pay you to be with the same operator as 'on-net' calls are a lot cheaper and even free sometimes. 'off-net' calls will always be expensive.

Unfortunatley I have to call all providers and have to do it at peak times.

Could try some of the VOIP providers I know some let you phone a spanish number from your mobile then connect you at their low rates which come of your balance with them. Most of the ones that satrt with voip seem to have this system. Of course sometimes the line isn't fantastic.

You best bet is to really sit down and discuss this with a locla mobile phone shop. They know the business inside out as there are many deals around. We stick with Telefonica because they have the best coverage where we are. If we used say Eroski Móvil we would loose a lot of coverage and that is not good for business.
