Twyntub do you buy these cards from vodaphone as I have been paying about 28cents with my vodaphone to uk thankyou

RU = Reina Unido I assume no ?

No landlines solo mobile, no one I know these days uses a landline anymore.

so the one I look for has to be best price for calls to UK mobile users

Vodafone passport is pretty good - 75p per call plus your normal home rate (so assuming you have enough inclusive cross-network minutes that bit will be free) - obviously more suited to longer calls than short ones.

Once a call lasts longer than 5 minutes you'll probably be saving money.

Where can you buy lebara sims in Spain I have a holiday home near Cadiz

Ive seen the posters in shops in Cadiz, the part where the bigger shops are, I think you can buy them direct from Lebara aswell for 10€, and Ive also seen them on ebay from the gran canarias islands and spain mainland
