That happened to me in France some years ago. Pulled by two motorcyclists, taken to a cashpoint in the nearest village, paid €60 cash. Got a receipt but probably worthless

Yes it was a uk plated car but the same would of probably happened if he was in a rental with Spanish plates.

Nobody can say it ain't corrupt over here because everybody knows it is.
