Re: Changing driving licence over
Good point. What's it like the points system on a Spanish licence ? 12 points before a ban ? 3 points for using phone while driving ?
In other words is it same as uk ? |
Re: Changing driving licence over
others will be able to tell you more about the points system in Spain, but I do know they like to pull Brits for driving using flip-flops down in the CDS.

Re: Changing driving licence over
Ha jokers ain't they but then again it can be quite dodgy driving in flip flops I wouldn't like to do it.

Re: Changing driving licence over
I wondered about the flip flop thing do they mean flip flops as I know them i.e. no back on them? I presume wearing sandals if if quite flimsy with an heel strap is ok?

That's taking the p*ss. It's such an easy thing to do, even speaking limited Spanish. €200 for less than one hour's work? You've been had. It was worth every cent, yes we could have done it ourselves as we do speak enough Spanish to do so but.....we have better things to do with our time than spending the day queuing in Malaga in the heat of summer! Going from where we live it would have been a full day to complete the task, a day wasted in my opinion. |
