Changing Doctor
 

For various reasons my wife and I would like to change to another Doctor.

I would guess that different rules apply to different regions etc. would appreciate any advice on this matter.

We live in the Gandia area of Valencia.

Normally you would go to your local ambulatorio and just ask to change. They will give you a list of doctors and you choose the one you want. Not all the doctors at that location may be included in the list at any one time.

You can change every 30 days if you want to.

In Andalucia we can change the doctor online.

Its the same in Valencia. As Fred says, if you go your local health Centre, they will give you this form http://www.gva.es/downloads/publicados/IN/19107_BI.pdf to complete. If you have a digital ID, you can apply online.
