car pound info please

Hi can anyone advise. My daughter had an accident in August, we have only just been told that all the police reports have been done and that we can collect the car from the pound in MARBELLA.... but on going there this morning the fee is mor Ethan the car is worth...
What happens if I don't bother with collecting the car ??

I obviously don't know all the details but isn't this something her insurance company should be dealing with?

I don't know but I think that they'll probably keep adding interest to what you owe and you'll end up with an even bigger debt!
