car breakdown companies
hi anybody know of breakdown companies(ie AA, RAC etc) just would like some cover just incase i broke down. Not speaking spanish very well i thought it might be as well to be covered.

The Spanish motoring club is RACE. Affiliated to and similar to the AA & RAC.
Check your car insurance policy, most Spanish insurance companies include free breakdown cover as standard.

Yes ... as he says most insurers include breakdown cover throughout Europe which is a real bonus especially if you're motoring back and forwards between the UK and Spain. I'm with Mapfre and they do

If you have fully comp insurance then Spanish insurance companies, MUST by law include breakdown cover, this includes such things as getting you back into your car if you are locked out.
