Capital gains tax question

Hi All,

I lent a family member some money and last year and now they'd like to pay it back does anyone know if this would need to be declared under capital gains (amount is under 5k)?

TBH it is not something that many if any Spanish would report. Also you have an allowance which nationanationally is higher than this. So I wouldn't lose any sleep over it
