That's not Viagra, nor even a different or generic name for the same drug.
Cialis is the brand name for a different drug made by a different manufacturer, albeit to treat the same condition that Viagra is used for.
Cialis is available OTC in the UK under the same protocol as OTC Viagra is available OTC, as described in the link I posted above in this thread. The protocol requires an interview with a pharmacist and includes measurement of blood pressure.

Not sure whether you are the traveling type, but if you swing by Poland you can purchase as much as you want as it is sold without perscription (including online delivery), albeit only in one size: Sildenafil 25 mg. A 2-packs retails for about 3-5 Euros depending on the store.
Only country I know where viagra/sildenafil is available without prescription but the "morning after pill" requires one...
