Camposol Buying Advice Needed
 

Hi

I am thinking of buying a villa in Camposol Murcia. Which zones are best to buy in? Also with regards to flooding which areas are best avoided.

I was looking at a property within walking distance of the Clubhouse. Is this a good area?

I think you will find it has a terrible reputation for very poor build quality but I expect other forum members who are more local can be more exact with the facts. But extreme caution is required I am sure.

The CRA is made up of Camposol residents - there are contact numbers and email addresses - you will find that if you are considering buying in Camposol they may well allow you to join the CRA
