We are a young couple living in the UK and are looking to buy our first property in Spain. Can anyone give us some guidance on how we go about this procedure?
We have found a property online through an estate agent.
What steps did you take to get started?
Who did you use as a lawyer?
Surveys?
Mortgage?

Any help or recommendations would be fantastic.
