Be careful very very careful. The Napoleonic laws of succession apply in Spain and there can often be many hairs and all have to agree to the sale. If just one out of thirty does not want to sell then the others may offer the property for sale but it can all unravel.

Of course if it was English owners and they had left the property under a Spanish will made and lodged under English intestacy rules then it should be a whole lot simpler.

With all the property now for sale in Spain it is a simple question to answer

Don't

But then again from your previous posts re property; one further bit of advice (not just my advice) Rent, rent, rent for at least 6 months first.

Who wants to buy now anyway with falling property prices in Spain and the £ buying far less €'s
