Buying a house in Spain

I have finally persuaded John to seriously think about buying a holiday home in Spain now after 15 years - he dont rush into anything ya know - so the caravan is off

So - what do we need to take into consideration - eg, fees, etc

Thanks in advance

Buying price plus between 9 and 11% works best. This should cover fees, lawyer and taxes.

Best of luck.
